the gate is open

this photo is from Marocco, in Essaouira at the atlantic coast
“Essaouira” means “the included”

five years ago I have been searching for this kinf of foto
with a blue door, open
today it found me – not been searching for it

it’s my plan to travel to Marocco
and
unpredictable:
“a door opened up”

to birth myself into a new clarity and power,
in the undivided perception
of all that I felt deeply, felt so often
felt
in indescribably painful moments;
today I could name it:
this “wound of origin” was perceived for a long time,
the one that includes “the pain of separation from oneness”;
this pain of separation – originally,
deeply buried in the emotional body

being included

triggered again and again
touched by newly experienced division, pain
called into present life
brought up into immediate being
flowing into the open heart
whispering suffering

timeless

feelings so intensive

again and again
in gentle rocking
redeeming itself throughout all experiences

being deeply felt enclosed
and opens
and connects anew

an open gate awaits me

my embrace of pain requires my
deep and full breathing
my breath falls into my belly – into my center
my accepting heart allows a deep transformation
within me

ascension is physical alchemy
